PandaPayLens is a free, open-source, local-first developer tool that decodes payment errors, reconstructs observed transaction event timelines, and explains diagnostic findings. The first release supports Stripe and Adyen through independent, versioned adapters.

Principles

  • Correctness and trust matter more than the number of features.
  • Analysis is deterministic and explainable. There is no AI in the diagnostic path.
  • Your data stays on your machine. No registration, no provider credentials.
  • Observed facts are kept apart from inferences, and every finding states its limitations.
  • You can use, inspect, extend and self-host PandaPayLens without depending on this site.
